Facial sagging

Harmonyca is an injectable combining hyaluronic acid and calcium hydroxyapatite microspheres.

As you’ve already noticed, hyaluronic acid injections improve skin quality. The reasons are as follows :

• Fibroblasts, the skin cells that produce collagen in particular, are rejuvenated by hyaluronic acid in a mechanical way, as they stretch along the hyaluronic acid.
• Calcium hydroxyapatite stimulates rejuvenated fibroblasts to produce high-quality young collagen.

Why wait three months ?

Collagen production begins immediately after injection. But by the time the collagen network forms a visible weave under the skin, with the naked eye, we need three months.

A single injection session is required for this treatment of sagging facial skin.

Results are expected to last at least 18 months. Harmonyca treatment is then alternated with other types of skin treatment such as hyaluronic acid injections, peels and/or mesotherapy to improve skin quality in different ways and achieve natural results.

Harmonyca can be injected independently, mainly in the cheeks. In my practice, I often use it in combination with a facelift or tightening thread. Its action on increasing collagen production, and therefore skin elasticity, potentiates the results of facelifts and tightening threads.

In effect, the skin will be more elastic and rejuvenated, reinforcing the effect of the correction of sagging skin induced by a facelift or threading. The results will be very natural.
